They’ve cleverly integrated the old and the new and even included an impressive open-air amphitheatre for up to 1,200 guests.

The 124 rooms have been designed to match the serenity of the area and have been inspired by the seasons. Choose from Standard, Premium, Superior, Family, Junior Suite and Suite. Soothing colour and natural materials give way to views of the Caucasus Mountains, vineyards and forests.

Food and Drink

International and Georgian delicacies await at Prince Alexander, the hotel’s all-day restaurant, opening on to the leafy courtyard. Natella, is a Georgian restaurant with an open terrace with dishes inspired by the local Kakhetian cuisine. Seasonal ingredients and local produce are a feature, celebrating 8,000 years of Georgian Cuisine. Culinary classes are also on offer.
